CHRISTIANSEN, Harold A. was born November 17, 1944 in Fresno, CA. Passed away November 16, 2012 at home in Elk Grove, CA. Loving husband for 46 years to Betty Jo. Cherished father of Kim Leonard, Cindy (lincoln) Mortensen and Brian (Alma) Christiansen. Special grandpa to Blake and Luke Leonard, Ella and Eden Mortensen, Briana and Brian Christiansen Jr. Brother of Don Christiansen.

Mary Hilkerbaumer (Handy)
I saw Hal in the line at the Hof Brau Haus on Friday night, but I didn't get a chance to talk to him. I didn't think that he looked well, but how does anyone know when they haven't seen that person in 20 years? I remember Hal by his nickname - Tiny! He played center on the football team, and he was a great player! I remember him as quiet, shy around girls, but with a great laugh. He was very kind to others. He will be missed! Mary

I sat across from Harold in English class and we became good friends. We went to prom together and had a great time! He loved football, was a talen ted all-around athlete, and good guy. I was so happy to see him at the 40 year reunion. He was a golf pro, I believe, and was happy in his life. He died too soon.
Richard Lemon
I saw Harold and his soft smile up in the stands at the 50 year Renunion Homecoming Game sitting close to Bob Ferguson. We rode around the track at halftime and I had a chance to say hello before we all went on our way. I'm reminded to say hello a lot and keep smiling as long as I can. We're rounding the turn and heading down the stretch.
